This Shipping Policy forms part of our contractual terms and applies to all orders placed through our website by consumers within the meaning of EU consumer protection law, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
All products are shipped from Romania.
We use third-party courier services to deliver products to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Courier selection may vary depending on cost efficiency, service availability, and destination.
Within Romania, customers may be offered additional delivery options such as parcel lockers or cash on delivery (COD), where available at checkout.
For international orders, delivery is limited to courier shipping only. Cash on delivery and parcel locker services are not available outside Romania.
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation is successfully completed.
Standard processing time is typically 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
Once dispatched, customers will receive confirmation of shipment and, where applicable, tracking details.
Estimated delivery times are:
– Romania: up to 3 business days from dispatch
– International: delivery times vary depending on destination country, courier services, and customs procedures
Delivery times are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier disruptions, peak periods, force majeure events, or customs clearance procedures.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to order completion.
We offer free standard shipping for orders exceeding:
– 750 RON, or
– 150 EUR (or equivalent)
The free shipping threshold is applied per order and may exclude promotional discounts unless otherwise stated.
All international orders are shipped from Romania.
For international deliveries, customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs and may be charged by local authorities or courier companies upon or prior to delivery, depending on applicable regulations.
This Shipping Policy does not affect the statutory rights of consumers under applicable EU consumer protection law.
Where applicable, consumers retain their rights under Directive 2011/83/EU, including the right of withdrawal for distance contracts, as set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
Personal data provided for shipping purposes (such as name, address, phone number, and email) is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfilment, delivery, and related customer communication.
