Returns
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, if you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract without providing any reason within 14 calendar days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, we recommend initiating your request through the dedicated return request feature available in your user account.

Providing the reason for withdrawal and confirmation of prior contact with support is optional but may help us process your request more efficiently.
To ensure your request is processed correctly and without delay, please follow the steps below:
1. Submit your return request via your user account (recommended) or by email
2. Wait for confirmation from our team
3. Once approved, you will receive the return address and detailed instructions

– We recommend waiting for confirmation before sending the goods to ensure correct processing
– Returns sent without following the provided instructions may experience delays in processing
– Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or delivered in error
– Returns sent with unpaid shipping charges or cash-on-delivery may result in the return not being properly processed
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We will also reimburse standard delivery costs (if applicable), except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
– Only the purchase price of the goods will be refunded
– Standard delivery costs (if applicable) will be refunded as stated above
– The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging
– We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning
– You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods
– If the product is defective or delivered in error, we will cover the return costs
Returns should follow the instructions provided after approval. Failure to follow these instructions may delay processing, but it does not affect your statutory rights of withdrawal.
Processing of returns may be delayed if the following conditions are not met:
– The request has not been properly submitted and approved
– The return is sent to an incorrect address
– The shipment is sent with unpaid postage or cash-on-delivery charges
